The hotel is vibrant and brand-new with marvelous breakfast. The staff is amazingly kind. The room is nicely styled with inspirations from Ryman Auditorium, and the bed is wonderful. The food is outstanding and excellent. The service is superb.

No complains at all, we loved the place. This hotel is top-class, has responsive employees with really good customer service from the valet parking to the front desk staff. There was delicious and outstanding breakfasts with a made-to-order omelette, appetizers and also free starbucks.

The hotel's location is very central, just a short walk to fun Nashville, the food court, shopping, and downtown bars. The view from my queen room was exceptional. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was large.
